Dr. Jordan L. Wallin is a double board-certified facial plastic surgeon who aims to exceed your goal of putting your best face forward. He performs a wide spectrum of cosmetic facial plastic surgeries including facelift, endoscopic forehead (brow) lift, rhinoplasty, blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery), otoplasty (ear pinning) and cheek and chin implants. His added certifications and training in minimally-invasive in-office treatments such as BOTOX®, the new under-the-chin fat dissolving product Kybella®, and a variety of filling and revolumizing agents such as Restylane®, Radiesse®, Juvederm®, and Sculptra® make him an ideal surgeon to evaluate your areas of concern.
As part of his academic position as Assistant Professor at Wake Forest he cares for patients with facial trauma, facial paralysis, severe facial scarring, and helps recreate ears for children and adults. He has published many papers with the most recent focused on patient outcomes after minimally invasive brow lifting using endoscopic techniques and his current research is looking into new techniques for facial trauma repair, bone healing after trauma, and new techniques for BOTOX® injections.
He completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Utah, medical school at the George Washington School of Medicine and Health Sciences and a five-year residency in head and neck Surgery at Wake Forest Baptist Health. His additional training in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery centered on cosmetic patients and optimizing their outcomes. He is double board-certified by the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and the American Board of Otolaryngology.
He is active in medical missions and received a top award from HanesBrands Inc, for his recent service to the people in the Dominican Republic. He lives with his wife and five children in Winston-Salem, where they enjoy family activities together in the outdoors.
